Do you do custom work?
At this time, I’m not set up to provide individually designed custom pieces.
However, I can do small modifications on current styles in the boutique. If you see a piece you love on the site and would like it in a different size or color shoot me an email and I’ll see what I can do for you!

Do you repair jewelry?
Yes and no.
YES, your jewelry is covered for a lifetime! I’m happy to repair any piece of Heather Downes Jewelry FREE of charge when the damage was caused by normal wear and tear. If your piece was run over by a Mac Truck, I’ll need to charge a fee, but let’s figure it out. Shoot me an email so I can take care of you! And the shipping’s on me!
NO. At this time, I’m not set up to provide jewelry repairs on pieces purchased from other stores.
Do you accept returns?
ABSOLUTELY! I’ll even cover the shipping. It’s easy, just send me an email so I can take care of you. Full refunds are given when the product is received back here at the studio!
What are my shipping options?
First Class ( 7 to 10 days )

Priority ( 1 to 3 days )
- Flat rate of $6.00
NOTE: Orders to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the Canadian Government. If applicable, you will be responsible for these fees at the time of delivery.
First Class ( about 14 days )
- Flat rate of $7.00
Priority ( 6 to 10 days )

Do you ship to my address?
Currently, I ship to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. If you live outside of these areas, please send me an e-mail so I can figure out the shipping charges and get your package to you!
When will my order ship?
Most jewelry ships within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. If you order a “Made To Order” piece it typically ships within 14 days - I’ll try to get it to you as quickly as I can!
In either case, please make sure to allow time for shipping.
